When trying to catch a parakeet that is not yours don't do it in the wind. Those little buggers can really catch wind even with their wings clipped.

Also, when someone tells you that you are going to walk down to a store (the kids), you would expect them to walk back on their own, although expected them to call, the least the kids can do is ask if they could get picked up before they leave.

Tomato plant is growing nicely, strawberries are finely getting there. Eight days into summer now, hoping that I will get the career that I want instead of the job that I don't really want. Will take either one at this moment.

Today was very windy, hot, then cooled off for about two hours, now hot again.

Went in for an interview today with Primary Children's Hospital, keeping my options open just incase I do not get the position with UHIN(Utah Health Information Network) I would much rather have the career with UHIN instead of just the job with PCH. But either one right now would be nice. Spent the day with my beautiful daughter Katie. I wish she would see how beautiful she is. She tells herself that she is not daily, I just want her to see that she is the most amazing child, woman, person in the world. Then there is my husband who no he is not the most perfect person in the world to anyone but me and his mother of course. I love them both so very much.

I would be lost without them. They are my strength, my want and need to keep going. Then there is our dauther Roberta, she isn't the most perfect person. But I love her just the same. She has not made the best decisions in the world, but she is still my daughter and I will always love her for who she is.

welcome to JULY!!! 13 more days til Mike and I have been married for 9 years, I can't wait. I will find out tomorrow hopefully if I got the position with UHIN, had my second interview today, they said it went well. I really hope that it does, I really want to work with this company, they seem to be such a great place. It is a non-profit company that works for the community and that is very important. They provide a service that most companies now a days charge for.

Katie is so very excited she got a call from the Willamenia modeling company this afternoon, to come in and see about doing head shots for them, I hope that she will realize after this how special and beautiful she is. This will really boost her esteem if it works out. I hope for her that it does. I don't know if she could take a heart break like them telling her no. I don't see them telling her no though. She is gorgous, and that is not just me telling her that because I am her mom, she has other people letting her know that as well.

Roberta is being herself, living with her father again. His problem, I can't handle dealing with her and her problems, she is already back to do the same things that she was before the jail time.

There isn't anything that I can do about it though, she is a grown woman, and she will have to learn all on her own.

so let's see received an email from my oldest daughter, who now informs me that everything that she has encountered in her life that is bad is entirely my fault. I am not sure what to do with her. I let her know that I love her, and that no matter what she says I will always love her. I am her mother, should I not care what happens, should I not try and get her to do the right thing with her life. I am entrusting her in her father's care, only to find out that he is getting her to turn tricks(not the fun kind) that he has her doing this for him so that he can pay his rent. I have said something to the police, they have turned the other way, telling me that I need proof of it. So I inform them of what I have found out, they go and see what is going on, they do nothing. Not sure anymore what to do. She tells me to stay out of her life, that we are no longer her family that we are dead to her. She tells her sister, that we have done nothing for her, that all I was is a vesicle for her to stay for nine months, and that she has survived all by herself for the past 20 years. I really don't know if I should strangle her for those words, or let her live the life that she thinks is this one that she wants to live.

If anyone has suggestions please let me know on here.

No posts yesterday, too many things to do, had homework, still getting the A's so that is great for me, Katie is so excited for today, she gets to go and do her first photo shoot, I am almost afraid to see what it will cost in the long run. But will completely worth every penny. Had an interview this morning with Spillman Technologies. Seems to have went well. Not sure though, will find out next week what they say.

Have not heard anything back from UHIN(utah health information network) but am still praying that I will. Had another email from Roberta telling to me die already, she wishes I wasn't alive. I know that she will come around one day. I went through the same thing with my father, never approved of what I did as a kid. Thank god that Katie is the way she is. She is the perfect child to me. She is beautiful, not saying that Roberta isn't, Katie has her head on her shoulders and takes things very seriously. For that I am grateful.

Well, not going to do this much today have to work on homework, so ta-ta for now, and keep praying for the family. Oh yeah before I forget, Love ya all.....

OMG, forgot how boring my monday instructor really is. He goes by powerpoint to the exact word. Everyone is falling asleep. He hands out homework for two weeks ago, when it should of been for this week. Now we are at least two weeks behind. I hate this class, or at least this instructor. It was bad enough that he went over the most simplest lab work for everyone and told them what to do, now he is going over it again. I WISH HE WOULD DIE!!!

Nothing yet from UHIN hopefully soon. I will try again tomorrow to see if there is any word from it. Getting all the homework that I can done before hand so I don't have to do it later. I am looking forward to this Wednesday, my nine year wedding anniversary I knew we would make it, I know that we will make it for another 99 or as long as we live.

No word from Roberta since she informed Katie that I was dead to her. Love ya all......

Wow haven't been posting my thoughts since the 12th...
So we went to Lagoon Theme park on 07/24/2010 which for utah is a big day the day the pioneers came and claimed their stake kind of thing. We had fun, I was sore the entire day, didn't let it get to me too much until we sat down then I couldn't get back up it seemed. I hate having MS. Your body hurts seems like all the time. Your muscles cramp all the time, and you can never get enough energy to do anything fun.
Oh well, the kids all of them had fun. we took Katie and Colby her boyfriend and Caitlin her friend was there as well. Mike and I acted like the old folks towards the end of the day, sat at the pavilion doing nothing but relaxing.
This whole month has been crazy. I have been looking for work since my surgery last year roughly November. Have had a couple of great interviews. Finally with the luck of the Irish, and the Goddess herself I got a job on Thursday of this week. Will be working for United Health Group taking calls not the ideal job, but it isn't my career either. Hoping that some of the other places that I had interviews will call back and say that they want me instead. Places like them I would like to say I have a career with.
Katie and Colby went back to Lagoon today, getting all homework done. Start work on Monday real early @ 0630 have to be up by 0445 to get ready. Need to put my face on every morning now. Monday and Wednesday will be long days for me, work from 0630-1430 then class from 1630-2130 I am going to be tired but will be okay.
Mike is doing great. He has been behind me the whole time. We have had it rough this last year, finding out about the MS, the cancer, and then only him working have had to rely on family to help us out. Thank the goddess for family, would not of been able to make it through this year without all of you behind us. Both spiritually and finacially. for that we thank you from the bottom and tops of our hearts.
Well time to get more homework done.
